Interesting thoughts to start the week out with. I've found that speaking the truth does indeed set the table for not having to explain yourself too often. It's been said, the softest pillow is a clear conscious. If we spend our time in truth and not lieing, we can sleep better due to the simple fact of not having a lot of stress and drama in our lives. Watch how some people tell lies to some people to cover something up and then they tell different stories to others. Over time, usually not much time at all, there will be conflict, trouble, embarassment and stress. Since that habit continues, it usally will come out at some point and time. I've been through it in my past. Hopefully I've learned from it. What thoughts do you have on this idea of truth? Hopefully you have some experiences to share too.
